Standard Ground Shipping: $79.99

If you choose shipping for your bed purchase, you can expect to receive your product(s) within 14 days** from the time you placed your order.

Customers who provide their e-mail address will be notified via e-mail when their order ships. Bed frames and mattress base legs are considered accessories and are only charged a delivery fee when purchased without a mattress or modular base.

Mattresses and modular bases are packaged in 1 to 6 boxes, depending on the bed model. We ship your order in its entirety. Occasionally boxes may get separated during transit. You may check your shipment by using our online Order Tracking system found in our Customer Center section.

Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous states. For shipping charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico, please call 1-888-411-2188. We regret that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or other international destinations. All items purchased from Select Comfort for delivery via Standard Ground Shipping are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title and risk of loss for such items pass to the customer upon Select Comfort's delivery to the carrier.

** For Outlet Beds you can expect to receive your product(s) within 3-4 weeks from the time you placed your order.

Comfort Service ^SM Delivery, Setup & Removal includes:

• Delivery of your mattress & mattress base to your home
• Setup of your mattress or mattress & mattress base
• Removal or relocation of one innerspring mattress & box spring (if requested)

Comfort Service^SM Delivery, Setup & Removal is available in most markets for bed set and mattress purchases

Comfort Service^SM Delivery, Setup & Removal is available when you purchase your mattress or bed set online, in a store or by phone at 1-888-411-2188. Once you have placed your order, a Comfort Service ^SM Representative will contact you within 3-5 days to confirm your information and discuss the next steps. You can expect Comfort Service^SM delivery typically within 10-14 days from date of purchase.

Please note, Select Comfort can only ship within the 48 contiguous states. For shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Puerto Rico, call 1-888-411-2188. We regret that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, international destinations or RV locations. Comfort Service ^SM delivery for multiple bed orders can be ordered by calling 1-888-411-2188 or visiting a store.

Bedding Shipments

Bedding is shipped UPS and should arrive within 14 days of placing your order.

If you provide your email address, we will notify you when your order ships.
Bedding is sent separately from mattress and base orders.

You can track your shipment online with our Order Tracking system found in our Customer Service section.

For bedding-only purchases, the following delivery charges apply:

Delivery Charges 

All bedding purchased from Select Comfort for delivery via Standard Ground Shipping is purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title and risk of loss for such items pass to the customer upon Select Comfort’s delivery to the carrier.

DualTemp^TM Layer Shipments

The DualTemp^TM layer comes fully assembled and the setup is an easy six-step process.

Box Dimensions
The outer box is 39 X 25 X 20 and the weight is 36lbs on a TXL, 51lbs on a Queen and 56lbs on a King.

Inside are two boxes, each with a Heating and Cooling System and a remote and a blue bag with the DualTemp^TM layer.

Shipping Charges for the DualTemp^TM Layer

• Free with a Sleep Number® bed purchase, shipped the same method as the bed.
• $39.99 for standard UPS shipping.
• $99.99 for Comfort Service^SM Home Delivery and Setup when not purchased with a bed via Comfort ServiceSM Home Delivery.
