Title: Sr. Sales Manager - Customer Sales Center
Description:
The Sr. Sales Manager – Customer Sales Center provides strategic and front-line leadership to the Customer Sales Center to ensure sales plan achievement and year-over-year growth. This position is responsible for the ongoing sales and leadership skill development of team members and must also work to establish cooperative relationships with cross-functional partners, such as Retail, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT. This position proposes and implements sales strategy for the entire Customer Sales Center (Direct and eCom offline) and eCom online.
Responsibilities Include:

-Develop and execute sales plan objectives (monthly, quarterly, annually)

-Workforce planning to meet service level objectives for call and e-mail handling

-Gather, analyze, interpret and act on individual, departmental and business performance data
-
-Recommend and implement selling strategies that build synergy across all selling channels
-
-Co-manage all third party call centers to ensure consistent customer interactions and maximize conversion opportunities
-
-Co-lead cross functional team that is responsible for Direct Marketing strategies, including mail plan, promotional offers and structures, telephone tools and other “direct customer” experiences.

-Partner with digital and promotional teams to create and align online sales strategies with other channels

-Daily leadership and skill development of Supervisors in order to achieve sales plan objectives (monthly, quarterly, annually)

-Heavily involved in the team’s growth by identifying strengths and development needs and using this information to appropriately coach and develop
-
-Conduct monthly, annual, and informal performance discussions and coaching sessions to provide constructive and actionable feedback
-
-Engage and inspire others to become the new standard in sleep
-
-Demonstrate ownership and courageous communication in order to advance the business -- optimizing performance and resolving challenges
-
-Accountability for the end-to-end customer experience; leads by example
-
-Involvement in key company initiatives as needed, leveraging home office partnerships to evolve the CSC organization.
Requirements:
-
-5 + years of supervisory/management experience in a sales environment required, preferably in a call center.

-High School diploma required
-
-BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
-
-Track Selling certified (preferred)

-Demonstrates a tenacious drive for results

-Demonstrated leadership skills -- able to build consensus and influence, without authority, across levels within organization

-Demonstrated ability to drive talent attraction, employee engagement and retention

-Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear plans and action
