Bed Return & Exchange Policy


We hope you are completely satisfied with your Sleep Number® bed, but if you decide to exchange or return the bed after the 30-Night In-Home Trial, call Customer Service at 1-888-484-9263 before packing your bed. You may exchange your mattress or modular base one time within the 30-Night In-Home Trial period.* Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from a Sleep Number c4 bed to a Sleep Number p5 bed) will require the return of all component parts including the cover, chambers, firmness control system, foam, base, and coverlet. You will be responsible for any difference in price as well as shipping charges of the initial bed back to Sleep Number.

All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number from Customer Service, which will expire 30 days from date of issue. The RMA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received at Sleep Number. Comfort ServiceSM Home Delivery or freight fees are non-refundable. All shipping and incidental charges to return the bed are the customer's responsibility.



Bedding Collection 30-Day Exchange Policy
Within 30 days of receiving your Bedding Collection product, you may exchange a product for a different Bedding Collection purchase. Exchanges will only be allowed one time per item purchased. Bedding Collection products cannot be returned for refund. You must provide proof-of-purchase. All sales are final on clearance items.

Please call Customer Service at 1-888-484-9263 to request an exchange. Customer Service will provide you with an RMA number. The RMA must be included with all products returned to process your credit.

Non-Returnable Items
We are sorry there are no returns on clearance items, FlexFitTM and FlexFit+TM adjustable bases, Special Edition, Limited Edition, or demo beds. All clearance-labeled items are available while supplies last.
 
* If you are not completely satisfied after sleeping on your bed for a full 30 nights, simply call us toll-free within 45 days of delivery to authorize its return. Upon receipt, we'll reimburse the full purchase price less your shipping or Home Delivery and Setup fees. You pay return shipping. There are no returns or exchanges on the FlexFit™ adjustable bases or demo bed models.
