100 Night In-Home Trial Policy: Unless your purchase is otherwise excluded as specified herein, the 100 Night In-Home Trial period begins the day your new Sleep Number® bed arrives at the "ship to" address listed above. If, after sleeping on your new bed for a full 30 nights, you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 100 days of delivery to arrange for its return. Exclusions: The 100 Night In-Home Trial Policy does not apply to the purchase of demo, display, refurbished or Factory Outlet warehouse closeout mattresses, bases or sets. The 100 Night In-Home Trial Policy does not apply to the purchase of Sleep Number® bedding collections or to any mattresses, bases, or sets received in exchange under an original 100 Night In-Home Trial purchase.
Adjustable Bases Return/Exchange Policy: The FlexFit™ 1, FlexFit™ 2, and FlexFit™ 3 Adjustable Bases are not covered under the Sleep Number® 100 Night In- Home Trial Policy. All sales of FlexFit™ 1, FlexFit™ 2, and FlexFit™ 3 adjustable bases and/or, Surround Silhouettes are final. No returns or exchanges will be authorized or accepted.
Factory Outlet/ Demo/Display Bed Return/Exchange Policy: Factory Outlet, Demo and Display Beds are not covered under the Sleep Number® 100 Night In-Home Trial Policy. All sales of Factory Outlet, Demo and Display Beds are final. No returns or exchanges will be authorized or accepted.
DualTemp™ Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied after sleeping on your DualTemp™ layer, simply call us toll- free within 100 days of delivery to authorize its return. Upon receipt, we'll reimburse the full purchase price less your shipping or Home Delivery Setup fees. You pay return shipping.
Upholstered Bed Return/Exchange Policy: The Upholstered Bed Collection (e.g. upholstered headboards, sideboards and/or footboards) is not covered under the Sleep Number® 100 Night In-Home Trial policy. Because these are made-to-order items, all sales are final and no cancellations, returns or exchanges will be authorized or accepted.
Sleep Number® Bedding Collection Return/Exchange Policy: Bedding Collection products cannot be returned for a refund. Within 30 days of receiving your Bedding Collection product, you may exchange a product for a different Bedding Collection purchase. Exchanges will only be allowed one time per item purchased.. You must provide proof-of-purchase.
Clearance Item Return/Exchange Policy: All sales are final on clearance items.
Warranty: Nothing contained herein is intended to alter or modify the terms of any warranty that may or may not accompany your purchase. The terms of the warranty, if any, will be contained in the owner's manual that accompanies your purchase. You may obtain a specimen copy of the warranty that may apply to your purchase from your Sales Professional or from our website at sleepnumber.com. No one has the authority to supplement, alter or modify the terms of any warranty.
Returns: All returns must be authorized. No unauthorized returns are allowed. If you are returning your mattress, modular base or set purchase under the 100 Night In-Home Trial policy, you must contact our Customer Service Center (800-472-7185) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the bed to us. Once your authorized return has been completely received by us in a good and sanitary condition, we will reimburse the full purchase price of the items being returned less shipping or Home Delivery Service & Setup fees. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 21 days. Unauthorized returns will be destroyed and no credit given. You are responsible for the risk of loss and for shipping fees for returning or exchanging any product. Home Delivery Return Services are available at an additional cost.
Gift-With-Purchase Promotional Items: Any gift-with-purchase received with the purchase of selected mattresses and bed sets are promotional items. If you return a mattress or bed set purchased under a gift-with-purchase promotion, you are required to return the accompanying gift- with-purchase. If the gift-with-purchase is not returned, the full retail value of the gift –with-purchase promotional item will be deducted from the mattress or bed set refund unless prohibited by law.
SleepIQ™ Module and Sleep IQ™ System: If your purchase includes a Firmness Control™ System with a Sleep IQ™ Module installed, you will be required to agree to additional terms and conditions relative to your use of the Sleep IQ™ System and the Sleep IQ™ Services. An End User Agreement containing those terms and conditions will be presented to you electronically when you activate the SleepIQ™ Service and create a User Profile.
