Sleep Number ® Create Your Perfect Comforter Inserts
Loud Comforter Follow-up
After a week of use, the comforter and inserts are much quieter when tossing and turning (my husband has restless leg syndrome). The inserts stay put (with 9 ties each), the zippers work very well, the light weight down alternative is the perfect weight and warmth for us, especially when matched with the warm winter sheets (We keep our house at 64-5℉ overnight). We love it!

The magic comforter
I've been using one of these comforters for close to 6 yrs now it still works as good as the day I got it if anyone is thinking there wouldn't be a difference by turning it over believe me it does what they saying it does when it arrived looking at it I thought there's know way it can make that much of a difference it did and then some. I live where it's cold more than it's warm this is an awesome quality product that works like magic just by turning it over you can get warmer I have the heavy one and when its on that side it better be colder because it works so well that if it's not cold enough it will make you sweat .it's to bad you discontinued it the dual comfort line

I bought my sleep number bed several years ago. I am still in love with it even though I have been told that my bed would not fit into the new furniture that is available for the newer beds. Not good customer service for us older owners. However, I did want to comment on one of the reviews that I read about only having 4 ties to keep their comforter inserts in place. Are you kidding? I have the i10 bed and on each side of our comforters we have 9 ties that's then a total of 18 ties. No wonder your comforter doesn't stay in place.

My husband and I got this comforter when we bought our sleep number mattress. I got a medium warmth and my husband got extra warmth. We find both sides to be entirely too warm. We are unfortunately past the 30 day window and cannot exchange for lighter levels. I would recommend factoring in the insert cover which holds the two sides together when deciding on warmth...the cover is quite heavy in itself and adds to the layers when in use. So whatever level you think you'd want, I'd go one level cooler.

I bought this product and find that there is a gap in between the two inserts. It doesn't lay on the bed well as it hangs down over the sides funny. I think if the inserts were zipped in it would lay better on the bed. With just four ties on each corner it leaves the middle loose.
