I bought the sheets and duvet because I liked the color, frankly. I was SO happy with how soft they were when they arrived, but I was SO disappointed when I washed them and noticed that there was a 10 inch tear at the seam on the top of the duvet. I thought it was just manufacturer error and liked the feel of the sheets so I asked customer service for an exchange.
I just received the new sheets tonight, washed them so I could put them on the bed....and another tear at the seam. It's not even the seam itself, it's the material that shredded apart. I understand that they are probably made to be soft, but if they can;t last through ONE single wash, there is something wrong. I am very unhappy and feel like I wasted my time and money.

Too little for TOO much
New Flex top flex fit sheets purchased in Dec. '14, bottom sheet already coming apart, not at the seam but material shredding near seam. Unbelievable, for the price I paid for this set? And they are only 4 months old. If I didn't have the FlexTop mattress I would purchase reg old King size sheets. Customer service agreed to replace this sheet but ONLY because the Warranty information from the packaging was incorrect and she said they would honor it because of that, otherwise I would be out big bucks for shoddy material. I wonder are all the Sleep Number linens of the same quality, I hope not.

Great sheet while they lasted
The sheets are great and perform excellent on comfort and temperature balancing. The longevity of the sheet in this price point is not want I expected.
I expected the sheet to hold up and last longer than it did.
A product that delivers is what I expect from sleep number but I also expect the product to last if I am paying a higher price.

FINALLY, sheets I love and want more of
I bought these on sale in January, while upgrading my Sleep Number foundation. None of the sheets I had tried in the last several years, no matter how high the thread count, or how pricey, etc. felt quite right. This included a set from Macy's that were supposedly recommended by Oprah.
These sheets feel perfect -- super soft and comfortable. I can't really speak to the heating/cooling properties, but I have found them to be breathable and comfortable throughout the sleep cycle. I would notice if it were otherwise.
Worst thing I can say is, I wish they came in some darker colors. But
now that they're on sale again, I still might treat myself to a second set.

Aren't they supposed to KEEP you from sweating???
I'm female, post menopausal so I'm not having night sweats in case anyone wondered. I'm a so disappointed by these sheets! I have a Sleep IQ10, and was sold the in balance mattress pads as well. You'd THINK, between the bed features, the mattress pad features and the sheet features, I would not sweat like a pig. I also have the Climate Fit comforter No 2 based on where we set our thermostat overnight.
Will someone please tell me what I am doing wrong??? I've spent far too much on this bedding to not be comfortable.

Store demo fantastic. At home, not so cooling
I just purchased the InBalance sheets because I have to sleep with 3 fans on me. I love my new Sleep number bed so I thought the sheets would be great, especially with the demo in-store. I put the sheets on my bed a couple of nights ago. They are no different in cooling than my regular sheets. I did a test like they had in store and I could not tell the difference at all. They are nice sheets, but I would NEVER EVER have spent the amount of money on sheets if they don't cool as advertised.

My husband and I love these sheets!! We've had ours for 6 months and they haven't ripped or worn at all. They are soft and wonderful!
