Sleep Number ® Lyocell Sheet Set
We now have 6 sets. Three for home, two for our vacation home, and one set to travel when we're staying at a hotel for more than just a couple nights. Can't imagine sleeping on anything else - if we end up at a 5-star hotel with luxury bedding (500+ thread count Egyptian, Turkish or other high grade cotton# it still feels like we're sleeping on sandpaper. Also don't understand the reviews suggesting poor quality - we wouldn't have continued purchasing #these are quite expensive) additional sets if the ones we already were using had showed signs of failure or wear. Unlikely we'll ever sleep on any other bedding - we couldn't be happier - even considering the extra expense.

Poor quality; buyer beware
My husband and I bought our bed 3 years ago. We bought everything to go with the bed as per warrenty advised. We included the sheets; even though I've never spent that kind of money on sheets ever. The sheets are comfortable as advertised. But they wore out within a couple of months. Big tear in the middle of the fitted sheet. The sheets are thin, and seem somewhat baggie on the bed. We washed them per the instructions as well. Then we replaced them with another set, hoping maybe the company would improve the quality, especially since every review seems to state the same thing. This time we waited for a sale, but still more expensive than I would normally pay for sheets. Same qualitiy, same problem. The sheets ripped within a few months. We are going to try just regular XL fitted twin sheets because we have a split king bed. Sleep number: I know you read these comments, but your reply is the same for every customer; follow washing instructions, call this number etc. Please send a review team to make a different quality in your product. You have the audience, we've bought your bed. Now please improve the other things. We also bought a specialized pillow for my husband's neck problems. Poor quality on that also. The pillow has split into two different sections within 6 months of use. Don't understand, a company that makes such a fabulous bed (we absolutely love ours), can't seem to make products to go along with the bed.

Poor Quality for the money
I have 2 sets of these. On both sets, I had to throw away the fitted sheets due to them wearing out and HUGE holes in the center of them. Which left the flat sheets worthless also. With what these sheets cost, they should last FOREVER. They are very comfortable which is why it's so sad that the quality is not there. After reading all these reviews, you would think Sleep Number would do something about them all ready.

Anyone find a suitable replacement?
Bought the bed, bought the recommended sheets, got knee pillows, basically got everything the store pushed. Now 6 months later the sheets are falling apart, seams are tearing and it looks like my split top king is now a split top "pauper". Anyone find a replacement for the sheets sold in the stores?

Very comfortable but falls apart.....
I too have purchased a few sets of these sheets. I love the softness but need to purchase another set of sheets due to the poor quality. I have followed the directions when washing and drying them and they still have fallen apart at all four corners (huge wholes) of the fitted sheets. I would not recommend these sheets to anyone. When I purchase sheets I expect them to last especially at the high price that is charged...these do not.

Gray Elastic Border on White Sheet
I have many sets of these and ordered another on half price holiday sale. I ordered the Diamond (white) and it has charcoal gray elastic. This is totally not practical in case the elastic shows a bit around bottom of mattress which sometimes happens.
Seems like the fabric also more hefty than in the past. Can deal with fabric; but elastic change does not make sense. For reasons I cannot go into here it is not possible for me to return these. Basically not well and unable to leave home, and have already tossed the packaging.
At the very least, changes like these should be in the description to avoid disappointments.

We purchased these sheets and have been using them for four months. Now they are going in the trash. They look and feel great until you wash them. From the first delicate wash cycle, they faded and wrinkled and this got worse at every subsequent wash. They are now faded, thin, wrinkled and completely out of shape. The description of this product says 100% Lyocell (the salesman at the store told us they were bamboo). I looked up Lyocell and found that it is is a form of rayon consisting of cellulose fiber made from dissolving pulp (bleached wood pulp). They also stick to cotton night clothes so when you roll over your clothing stays put until you are completely entangled. Sleep Number is supposed to be a first class brand and we love our bed, but they should not be selling these awful sheets.

Amazingly comfortable. However, they simply fall apart. I wouldn't complain except the price is WAY too high to be this bad. Don't buy these. You will regret it.
