Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bang for the buck! My husband had been suffering from a very sore neck and shoulder for months and although he had tried medication, it was not helping. We decided to try a SN bed and chose the C2 model. It was the cheapest one but we realized that once we bought our own matress topper to go on it, it was as good as the higher priced matresses. It has the same pump, same air bags too, it just needed a little more padding. We purchased a 4" foam topper and a matress cover to go over it and have been amazed at how comfy it is. My husbands neck and shoulder no longer bother him and we are very happy with our purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from VERY COMFORTABLE I have had the king size C2 for about a month and so far my wife and I are quite happy with our purchase. This mattress is far more comfortable than the previous one we had for four years. The bridge between the air bladders seems to make a big difference by making the sleep surface feel like a contiguous one piece mattress rather than two distinct pieces. The air pump is relatively quiet and pressurizes the air bladder in a short time. The only issues we had were getting the zipper of the air bladder cover started. It took a little patience and we finally got it. The only other issue was the delivery process. We did receive any notification that the mattress was being shipped and as it turns out the shipper left the entire shipment in our driveway late in the afternoon without ringing the doorbell. The shipment sat outside overnight unprotected until we noticed it the next morning. This is not good. Fortunately we live in a very rural setting quite far from the raod which makes it difficult to see and/or take something from our property. Others may not be so lucky. Please fix your delivery process.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Down Fall Yes the bed is comfortable but the remote dose not stay synced all the time you always haft to calibrate it. And I have the two chamber style and don't seem like each chamber adjust the same. The other down fall is if you lost power you can't change settings.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Performed as advertisied Although we didn't have the same "religious experience" our salesman experienced the first night we slept on our new number bed, we did once finding our correct numbers, enjoy a wonderful nights sleep.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent bed I'm so happy that I bought this bed. I love the fact that I can adjust the firmness on it. I keep it fairly firm to make getting in and out of bed easier and then adjust the firmness when I get in. Usually i keep the firmness set to 55. However, I do fluctuate that number depending on how my body is feeling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No More Back Pain! I have wanted a Sleep Number bed for years, but the price was the issue. I did not actually realize there were cheaper models. I have dealt with lower back pain for 4-5 years to the point that I don't sleep well and then I am laying there in pain. It was also difficult to get out of bed. While on vacation, I slept on a very firm bed with no back pain and my husband complained about back pain all week. That's when I realized we needed different things and Sleep Number was the way to go. We've had ours for about a month and I have been pain free for that long. I absolutely love it! Thank you, Sleep Number!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice mattress overall. I like this mattress but I'm not overwhelmed with it. It seems well made and it was very easy to assemble, (we had ours shipped direct). I like the fact that it comes with a separate controller. I also like that movement from one side of the bed to the other is minimal because of the divided sections. I don't like the way it feels when sitting on the edge of the bed. I haven't noticed an improvement in sleep at night, but then i didn't have any major issues before. I'm just not sure it's worth the extra money. We bought the entry level mattress because the insides are the same in all the mattress's and we wanted to try a lower price one to see how we liked it and if we needed, or wanted, to upgrade.
