This sweepstakes is sponsored by Select Comfort Retail Corporation ("Sponsor").

1. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Sponsor and its representatives, suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies; their respective divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies; and the immediate families and same household members of each of them are not eligible to enter or to win the sweepstakes.
2. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the sweepstakes: (1) ENTER AT A PARTICIPATING SELECT COMFORT® STORE: Complete the official entry form found in participating Select Comfort® stores, while supplies last, and deposit in the sweepstakes entry box (also found in participating Select Comfort® stores) on or before close of business on December 24, 2008. In-store entries must be on an official entry form. Limit of one in-store entry per person per day. (2) ENTER BY MAIL: Hand-print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address (if available), daytime phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card, and mail in a business-size (#10) envelope to: Select Comfort "Holiday 2008" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 550, Bethel, CT 06801-0550. All entries must be postmarked by December 24, 2008 and received by January 2, 2009. Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must be mailed separately. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be accepted. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. No form of entry other than specified herein is permitted; use of automated, programmed, robotic, or similar forms of entry is prohibited. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
3. DRAWING: On or about January 7, 2009, a random drawing will be conducted in compliance with these Official Rules by a Sponsor representative from the office of Marketing Drive, LLC, the Official Judging Agency for the sweepstakes, located at 800 Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06854. The drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries submitted. Approximately 300,000 forms will be made available. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All information pertaining to the number of entries will be kept confidential and shall only be viewed by the Official Judging Agency. Prize winner will be notified by mail, telephone, or private delivery service (at Sponsor's sole discretion), within 10 days of the drawing, at the address or telephone number indicated on their entry form.
4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: A King-Size Sleep Number® 9000 bed set with Home Delivery service ($5,299.98); and (1) Ultimate Luxury Package, which includes (2) Down Soft Pillows, (2) In BalanceT Pillow Protectors, (1) In BalanceT Mattress Pad, (1) Total Protection Mattress Pad and (1) Lyocell Sheet Set ($1,239.93). Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $6,539.91. Prize is not transferable. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) to be returned within (14) days of the date printed on winner's notification letter, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received. If prize notification for prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received. No cash redemptions or prize substitutions will be allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion, due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for a prize of equal value. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize are the sole responsibility of winner.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering or participating in this sweepstakes, participants: (a) agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Official Judging Agency, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (b) agree that the Sponsor and Marketing Drive, LLC; their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies; and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents are not responsible for printing, distribution, or production errors. (c) By accepting a prize, winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Marketing Drive, LLC; their advertising and promotion agencies; and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives from and against any injuries, claims, damages, or losses of any kind that arise from or are sustained in connection with acceptance or use/misuse of prize or from participation in the sweepstakes or in any prize-related activities. (d) By accepting a prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor and those acting under its authority may use winner's name, picture/portrait, likeness, and/or voice for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in perpetuity and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without notification or additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and Marketing Drive, LLC; their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies; and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents are not responsible or liable for: (1) garbled, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late or lost entries; (2) errors or delays in transmission of entries; (3) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that might cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. The Sponsor and its Official Judging Agency may prohibit you from participating in the sweepstakes, at their sole discretion, if you repeatedly show a disregard for the sweepstakes' Official Rules or act: (a) in a manner they determine to be not fair or equitable; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten, or harass any other entrant or the Sponsor; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Sponsor is not responsible for prize utility or quality. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
6. PRIVACY: Information participants provide to Sponsor may be used to communicate with participants in relation to this Sweepstakes as well as for other purposes as described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at www.sleepnumber.com. Each winner's name, age, city and state of residence may be posted on the Select Comfort Web site.
7. WINNERS' LIST/RULES REQUESTS: You may obtain the winner's name by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope by January 30, 2009, to: Select Comfort "Holiday 2008" Sweepstakes Winner's Name Request, P.O. Box 282, Wilton, CT 06897-0282.
