What actions is Sleep Number taking to keep customers safe and healthy as they shop in our stores?
As always, the health and safety of our customers and team members is our first priority. Our teams are carefully following the Centers for Disease Control guidelines for cleaning and safety, including washing hands, cleaning work surfaces and using hand sanitizer. Store team members who are feeling anything less than 100% healthy are asked to stay home for the safety of the community. We appreciate your concern and will continue to closely monitor the situation.
What precautions can I expect from Home Delivery Technicians coming into my home to deliver and set up my bed purchase?
As always, the health and safety of our customers and team members is our first priority. Our teams are carefully following the Centers for Disease Control guidelines for cleaning and safety, including:
• Washing hands often
• Carefully cleaning surfaces
• Using hand sanitizer before entering homes
As an added precaution, we are suspending mattress removal, disposal and relocation within the home as part of our Home Delivery service.
Home Delivery team members who are feeling anything less than 100% healthy are asked to stay home for the safety of the community; we ask that customers who are displaying symptoms or are not comfortable receiving a delivery at this time consider rescheduling their delivery or service. We appreciate your concern and will continue to closely monitor the situation.
