Still not sure? If we can't help with a solution, we'll authorize a return.
Then what? We'll reimburse the price of your mattress. You pay the original delivery and return shipping fees.
The 100 night In-home trial policy does not apply to the purchase of:
Demo, display, refurbished or Factory Outlet warehouse closeout mattresses, bases or sets.
Any mattresses, bases, or sets received in exchange under an original 100 night in–home trial purchase.
FlexFit™ adjustable bases, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
Upholstered collection furniture, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you're not completely satisfied with your pillow or bedding purchase, you can exchange it within 30 days for a different item from our bedding collection. Call us at 1-888-411-2188 to request an exchange.
Give yourself some time to get comfortable with your DualTemp™ layer. If after a few weeks you are not completely satisfied, call us at 1-888-411-2188. You have within 100 days of its delivery to call for a return authorization. Upon receipt, we'll reimburse the full purchase price less any shipping and setup fees. You'll be responsible for paying return shipping.
