Read the full CPSC announcement <a href=\"https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2018/Sleep-Number-Recalls-Foot-Warmers-Sold-with-Sleep-Number-360-Smart-Beds-Due-to-Burn-Hazard-Recall-Alert\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here</a>.</p>\n<p>This recall applies only to customers who purchased an i7 or i10 Sleep Number 360 smart bed combined with a FlexFit 3 adjustable base from mid-April to mid-August 2017, or who were provided with a Sleep Number 360 smart bed and FlexFit adjustable base as part of a consumer research process. <br /><br /></p>\n<p><strong>Step 1 – Disable:</strong></p>\n<p>Out of an abundance of caution, we informed affected customers and urged them to immediately disable the foot warmer to prevent short-circuiting and overheating. If you were contacted but have not yet disabled the foot warmer, please do so immediately following the simple instructions posted at <a href=\"http://www.sleepnumber.com/disable\">http://www.sleepnumber.com/disable</a>. Following the instructions will eliminate the risk of the foot warmer short-circuiting and overheating. All other features of your Sleep Number 360 smart bed and FlexFit 3 adjustable base remain operational while the foot warmer is disabled.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Step 2 – Replace:</strong></p>\n<p>Customers affected by the recall will be provided with new replacement foot warmers.  We will be calling affected customers to schedule a visit by an authorized technician to remove the recalled units and install the replacement units at no cost.
