For many Sleep Number® products, we offer two convenient shipping methods: UPS shipping or Home Delivery and Setup.
If you have recently placed an order, please refer to your order confirmation email for more details on your delivery.

|Mattresses and modular bases are packaged in 1 to 6 boxes, depending on the bed model. Orders are shipped in their entirety, but occasionally boxes may get separated during transit.||Home Delivery is available in selected areas. Service outside these areas may be available for an additional charge.|

HOME DELIVERY AND SETUP
When you choose the Home Delivery and Setup option, we will get in touch with you within 5 days to schedule a convenient time for delivery. If for some reason we don't contact you within 5 days, please give us a call at 1-800-717-9503.
Two days before
We'll provide you with a 4–hour delivery window.
Day of delivery
A technician will call about an hour before they arrive to let you know they're on the way.
