SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Sleep Number utilizes two primary shipping methods: Comfort Service℠ Home Delivery and standard ground shipping.
• Comfort Service℠ Home Delivery: With Comfort Service℠ Home Delivery, you choose a date and time for our Home Delivery technicians to deliver and fully assemble your new mattress and/or base for you.
• Ground Shipping: Beds received via ground shipping come with easy-to-follow assembly instructions allowing you to assemble your bed yourself. Certain beds are not available via ground shipping.
SHIPPING OPTIONS BY PRODUCT
Mattresses
Sleep Number 360® smart beds, including integrated bases or FlexFit™ adjustable bases, are only available via Comfort Service℠ Home Delivery. Comfort Service℠ Home Delivery includes setup of your new bed and/or base and Sleep IQ® setup. Disposal of your existing mattress by our Home Delivery technicians is an option. *Fees may apply.
Bases
Sleep Number® modular bases can be shipped via ground. Sleep Number 360® integrated bases and frames, and FlexFit™ adjustable bases require Comfort Service℠ Home Delivery. Shipping or delivery by either method is at your cost and does not include return shipping. (Please note that FlexFit™ adjustable bases are not returnable or exchangeable, and are considered final sale. Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges article for further details.) Comfort Service℠ Home Delivery on adjustable bases includes set-up but does not include the removal of any existing mattress/base.
Bedding
Sleep Number® bedding (excluding DualTemp™ layer) is shipped free within the 48 contiguous states via ground shipping.
The DualTemp™ individual layer is available for delivery via ground shipping or Comfort Service℠ Home Delivery; either shipping method is at your cost. This fee includes setup but does not include removal of any existing mattress/foundation.
Upholstered Collection
Sleep Number® Premium Collection upholstered purchases are required to be delivered via Comfort Service℠ Home Delivery at your cost. This includes setup but does not include removal of any mattress/base or other furniture. (Please note that upholstered furniture orders cannot be changed, canceled, exchanged, or returned after purchase; and are considered final sale.
