WHAT ARE SLEEP NUMBER® TEXT MESSAGE ALERTS?
Sleep Number Text Message Alerts are SMS messages that are sent to users who opted-in to receive messages relating to certain service(s) or program(s). After an initial confirmation SMS message, users may receive recurring SMS messages related to the service(s) or program(s).
WHAT SLEEP NUMBER® SERVICES OR PROGRAMS INCLUDE SLEEP NUMBER® TEXT MESSAGE ALERTS?
The services or programs include, but are not limited to:
Sleep Number’s home delivery services, which send opted-in users status alerts regarding the shipment or delivery status of their orders.
Sleep Number’s InnerCircle Rewards program, which sends opted-in users status alerts. The status alerts are recurring messages containing information about the InnerCircle Rewards program, including, but not limited to, member status, new activities, new rewards, and exclusive discounts.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR SLEEP NUMBER® TEXT MESSAGE ALERTS?
You can sign up for Sleep Number Text Message Alerts by opting in, generally at the time of purchase or during enrollment in the InnerCircle Rewards program. Sleep Number Text Message Alerts are not mobile spam.
IS IT FREE?
Although all Sleep Number Text Message Alerts are complimentary, Message & Data Rates May Apply. Depending on your text plan, you may be charged by your carrier.
WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE ANY MORE TEXT MESSAGES?
To stop receiving all Sleep Number Text Message Alert messages, simply text STOP to the short code 94564. Once your telephone number is removed from our system, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your cell phone or mobile device.

To request more info, simply text HELP to the short code 94564 or call us toll free at 1-800-421-7644.
HOW ARE THE MESSAGES SENT?
We may use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send the text messages described above to the mobile phone number you supply when you opt in.
