What is the Sleep Number Price Guarantee?
If you purchase a mattress, base, bedding, or furniture from a Sleep Number store, sleepnumber.com, or the Sleep Number call center, we will adjust the price you paid to a lower price if an eligible Sleep Number promotion or sale lowers the price of the item within 30 days of your purchase (the “Price Guarantee”). To qualify for the Price Guarantee, the lower-priced item must be in stock and must be identical to the original item, including the same product type, SKU, color, and size.
How to Request the Price Guarantee?
To receive the Price Guarantee, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase by calling us at 1-888-411-2188. We will verify that the item you purchased is eligible for the sale or promotion and then provide a refund for the price difference.
Terms and Conditions
- The Price Guarantee does not apply to the following:
o Items purchased through third-party retailers
o Items purchased using non-stackable offers, special offers, or coupon codes, including but not limited to Smart Sleeper discounts and military and first responder discounts
o Expired promotions
o Clearance and close out items
o Out of stock items
o Financing terms
o Delivery fees
o Pricing errors
- Once verified to be eligible for the Price Guarantee, the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Price eligibility and verification decisions are in Sleep Number’s sole discretion.
- Sleep Number reserves the right to cap the maximum number of price adjustments allowed per customer, and/or cancel or modify these terms at any time.
