NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Sleep Number Store Sweepstakes begins March 27th, 2026 at 8:00 AM PT and ends on April 30th, 2026 9:00 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
OVERVIEW: The Sleep Number Store Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) consists of five (5) separate drawings, one for each geographic region described in the Random Drawing section below. Each drawing provides eligible U.S. entrants with the opportunity to win a $500 Sleep Number coupon code.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sleep Number Store Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the United States of America who have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence as of the date of entry (“Entrant(s)”). Void outside the U.S. and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of Select Comfort Retail Corporation (the “Sponsor” or “Sleep Number”) and its parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and any other persons living in the household of each are not eligible to enter or otherwise participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
ENTRY: There are two (2) ways to enter.
a. Entry Method #1: Store Visit. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating Sleep Number store and complete and submit the free official entry form.
b. Entry Method #2: Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”) / Mail-in Entry. To enter without visiting a store, clearly hand-print your name, complete address, email address and phone number on a sheet of paper and mail that sheet of paper in an addressed envelope with proper postage to the following address to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Mail-In Entry”): The Sleep Number Store Sweepstakes, Sleep Number Corporation, ATTN Legal Department, 1001 Third Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55404. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between March 27th, 2026 and April 30th, 2026, and received by May 7th, 2026. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left-hand corner that matches the Mail-In Entrant’s street address.
Limit: One (1) entry per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period.
RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a series of five (5) random drawings, on or about May 8th, 2026. One winner will be selected at random from among eligible US Entrants from each of the following five (5) geographic regions: NORTHEAST REGION ( including Maine New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware), SOUTHEAST REGION ( including Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee); MIDWEST REGION ( including Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota); SOUTH CENTRAL REGION ( including Kentucky, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming); and WEST REGION (including Montana, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii).
GRAND PRIZE/ODDS: Winners will receive one (1) $500 Sleep Number coupon code (“Grand Prize”). Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for that drawing.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Grand Prize Winners will be confirmed via email and/or phone and will be required to sign and return, within seven (7) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). If the selected Winner cannot be contacted within this time period, the Releases are returned as undeliverable or if the selected Winner cannot accept or receive the Grand Prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Grand Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate Entrant may be selected as the Winner in a separate random drawing.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize is not redeemable for cash, assignable, transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any difference between the stated value and actual value of any prize will not be awarded. Any other incidental expenses on a prize not specified herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of a prize. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning the Grand Prize.
Grand Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and any third parties affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness, or merchantability of any aspect of the Grand Prize offered.
GENERAL RULES: Participating Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and release the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, any third parties involved in this Sweepstakes, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, and such third parties from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of the Grand Prize offered. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use, misuse, or redemption of the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Grand Prize.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, there is any unsportsmanlike, dangerous, harassing or disruptive behavior associated with the Sweepstakes, or there are viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical difficulties or failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right (but does not have the obligation) in its sole discretion to award prizes from among eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of suspected impairment.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision of these Official Rules.
Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
DISPUTES: The parties hereto each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Hennepin County, Minnesota and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration”, then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of Entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
PRIVACY: Personal information collected from online Entrant is subject to the Privacy Policies, which can be found at www.sleepnumber.com/privacy. .
OFFICIAL RULES REQUEST: To request a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Sleep Number Corporation, ATTN Legal Department, 1001 Third Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55404. Sponsor must receive all requests no later than thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
WINNER LIST: Sleep Number Corporation, ATTN Legal Department, 1001 Third Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55404. Sponsor must receive all requests for the names of winners no later than thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
