Sleep Number NFL Tickets Sales Incentive GWP
The Sleep Number NFL Tickets Sales Incentive Offer (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older (“Participant”). Employees of Sleep Number Corporation (the “Sponsor” or “Sleep Number”) and its parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and any other persons living in the household of each are not eligible to enter or otherwise participate. To be eligible for the Giveaway, visit one of the participating Los Angeles, CA area Sleep Number® stores and purchase a Sleep Number Climate360® smart bed. Online, phone, and chat-based purchases are excluded from the promotion. Void outside the U.S. and wherever prohibited by law. The first one hundred (100) eligible Participants to purchase their Sleep Number Climate360® smart bed in one of the Los Angeles-area stores will be awarded two (2) tickets to a 2025-2026 Los Angeles Rams regular season home game, which shall be provided in electronic (i.e., digital) form (the “Giveaway Award”). Sponsor shall determine the regular season home game for which qualifying Participants will receive their Giveaway Award. The Approximate Retail Value (the “ARV”) of the Giveaway Award is $250 per ticket, making the total ARV for a Giveaway Award $500. Sponsor is only providing the tickets. The Participants receiving the tickets are responsible for travel, lodging, parking, meals, and any other expenses related to attending the game. The tickets are only provided in electronic (digital) form. Sponsor is not responsible for any additional expenses associated with the receipt or use/misuse of this Giveaway Award. The Giveaway Award recipient is also responsible for any and all taxes associated with the Giveaway Award, including but not limited to federal, state and local. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to computer equipment related to participating in this Giveaway. Giveaway Awards being distributed are not transferable or redeemable for cash, will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and are subject to the issuing company’s complete terms and conditions, including expiration dates. Giveaway begins at 11:00:00 AM PT 09/09/25 and ends at 08:00:00 PM PT on 09/22/25 (the “Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway Award recipients will be notified via email within 1-4 weeks of the end of the Giveaway Period. Email notification will include the instructions on how to redeem Giveaway Awards. Employees of Sponsor or any related companies are not eligible to participate or receive a Giveaway Award. Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sleep Number NFL Ticket Sales Incentive or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sleep Number NFL Ticket Sales Incentive in any way. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, the NFL Enterprises LLC, The NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively) and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize.
