Through Your browser or device: Certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically through Your device, such as Your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (e.g., Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system, browser name and version, device manufacturer, device model, and language.
Through Your use of the App: When You download and use Our App, We and Our service providers may track and collect Your mobile application usage data, such as the date and time the App on Your device accesses Our servers, what features or functionality of the App You use, the unique identifier (UDID) for Your mobile device, and what information and files have been downloaded/uploaded to the App.
Using Cookies: We use a feature of Your Internet web browser called a “cookie” to assign a unique identification to Your computer. Cookies are small data files that a website or email may send to Your browser, and which may be stored on Your hard drive. Cookies allow Us to collect information such as time spent on the Website, pages visited, language preferences, and other traffic data. We use this information to enhance Your experience on the Website, to continually improve the design and functionality of the Website, and to assist Us with resolving certain of Your questions.
We may partner with companies that facilitate relationships We have with other companies (Our marketing affiliates) that promote Us on their websites. These facilitator companies, along with Our marketing affiliates, utilize cookies to gather information concerning customer referrals from affiliate websites to the Website. This information is used to help Us fulfill Our contractual obligations to the third party marketing affiliates.
You may choose to set Your web browser to not accept cookies. If Your cookies are disabled, You can still view the Website, but some functionality may be limited, and You will not be able to create a Sleep Number account or make purchases.

You can also control Flash LSOs by going to the Global Storage Settings Panel and following the instructions (which may include instructions that explain, for example, how to delete existing Flash LSOs (referred to as “information” on the Macromedia site), how to prevent Flash LSOs from being placed on Your computer without Your being asked, and (for Flash Player 8 and later) how to block Flash LSOs that are not being delivered by the operator of the page You are on at the time). Please note that setting the Flash Player to restrict or limit acceptance of Flash LSOs may reduce or impede the functionality of some Flash applications.

Collecting IP addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications, and other services. We use IP addresses for such purposes as calculating use levels, diagnosing server problems, and administering Our online services.
