Part 1- What does it take to feel unstoppable in your day-to-day?  Kozette is an everyday woman living life the best way she knows how-- by being active on hikes and enjoying the outdoors. How she prioritizes quality sleep to fuel her days and feel unstoppable. Watch part 1 of her story below.

 

 

HIKING GOALS

"When I'm on the trail, I am unstoppable," said Kozette Manning from Utah. "My whole life is unstoppable. I get to wake up every day and think, what do I get to do today? Last year, I completed 200 miles. I was so happy that I decided, this year, I am going to do 300 miles in one calendar year. That means I go hiking at least the minimum 25 miles a month. And right now, I am currently 79 miles into that. I am at 10,242 feet of elevation gain." 

 

HOW KOZETTE GETS HER ENERGY
